Slim-Go U.S.A. warranty obligation is for Slim-Go Hoop’s purchased directly from Slim-Go U.S.A.
Limited warranty does not apply to any Slim-Go Hoop purchased from any vendor or their subsidiaries, and are limited to the terms set forth below:
Slim-Go U.S.A. warrants the Slim-Go Hoop product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase from Slim-Go U.S.A. ("Warranty Period").
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Slim-Go Hoop within the Warranty Period, at its option, Slim-Go Hoop will:
(1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts,
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
(3) refund the purchase price of the product.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Slim-Go U.S.A within the Warranty Period, shipping and handling charge will apply to any repair or exchange of the product undertaken by Slim-Go U.S.A.
Slim-Go U.S.A. warrants replacement products or parts provided under this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement or repair for thirty (30) days,
or for the remaining portion of the original product's warranty, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of Slim-Go U.S.A. When a refund is given, your product becomes the property Slim-Go U.S.A.
PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED
Our warranty covers the original purchaser of a Slim-Go Hoop who has provided proper proof of the original purchase from Slim-Go U.S.A.
You must include: (a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase; (b) a written description of the problem; (c) original packaging; (d) any materials, including, but not limited to instruction manuals, video materials, or any accessories provided with original package.
WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY
Incorrect Use: Use of the SlimGo Hoop beyond the Slim-Go Hoop intended design, any damage, or damage resulting from Slim-Go Hoop striking a hard surface or other hard object fracturing the PVC components, abuse, or modification to the Slim-Go Hoop will not be warranted.
Our obligation under the Limited Warranty is considered fulfilled if we provide a replacement product.
